プライベートではチャリティイベント「Beers for Books」を主催し、途上国の子どもたちに幅広く教育の機会を提供する活動をしている「Room to Read」を支援しています。


Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Gary’s career has been focused on business in Japan. After founding and exiting an international trading company with offices in LA, Tokyo, and London Gary settled in Tokyo and discovered the wonderful world of recruiting in 2001. Having worked with a coach in the 90’s, Gary became CCF certified in 2007 and added coaching to his practice to further enable him to achieve his life’s mission– to help people find work they LOVE and to help companies build effective teams of talented individuals.

Gary also founded the organization Beers for Books, an organization that helps provide books for children in underdeveloped countries through the organization Room to Read.
