アオバ学校長ら、安倍昭恵内閣総理大臣夫人ら運営の"En Committee"に参加

アオバジャパン・インターナショナルスクール（所在地：東京都練馬区、以下アオバ）の学校長Kenneth Sellと中高等部校長Robert Thornは、安倍昭恵内閣総理大臣夫人と、協調的な社会の創造を目指す団体「ラウンドテーブル」が共同で立ち上げた"En Committee"の活動に「グローバル変革大使」として参加します。
Aoba-Japan International School (A-JIS), located in Nerima ward, Tokyo, would like to announce that its Head of School, Kenneth Sell and Secondary Principal, Robert Thorn will join an organization "En Committee" which is aiming to deliver sustainable and measurable results, as the Global Change Ambassadors. The Global Change Ambassadors will be overseen by the En Committee; a collaboration between RoundTable Global and First Lady of Japan Akie Abe.

A-JIS offers global standard education as an IB World School for all ages, which has been authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Through IB programmes, graduates of A-JIS will not only be able to obtain internationally recognized qualifications for university applications but will also acquire the skills and dispositions to use that knowledge and create new understandings. By fostering global perspectives, A-JIS is expecting its students' abilities to present and communicate their ideas to be enhanced. A-JIS aims to develop global-minded, compassionate, collaborative learners inspired to learn, take risks, and lead positive change in the world.

The Global Change Ambassadors Group has been launched by RoundTable Global aiming to create much needed change in the world. There are sixty leaders and influencers from three generations focused on initially creating change in Asia, Middle East, North Africa, Europe and the Americas. They range from First Ladies to Ministers, CEOs and Activists and each person is volunteering their time to focus on the RoundTable Three Global Goals of Educational Reform, Empowerment for All and Environmental Rejuvenation. The Ambassadors have already committed to creating an alternative to traditional education 'Legacy Learning' (http://www.roundtable.global/legacy-learning/) which they believe will empower future generations to follow their passions, be creative and collaborative and help to eradicate prejudice. The Legacy Learning Platform will be available in 2017 to all learners, free of charge, anywhere in the world.
