今回は、東京を中心にバイリンガル人材リクルーター兼キャリアコーチとして豊富な経験を持つゲーリー・ブレマーマン氏をお招きし、ビジネスパーソンが自分のキャリアの現在地と目的地（ゴール）を見える化する７つのステップについて、ワークショップを交えながらその具体的な方法を学ぶセミナーを企画いたしました。

In this presentation, Gary will present a methodology that will help you gain greater clarity on your career goals and move faster toward fully reaching your potential in the job market. This process will help you better understand the Why?/What?/How? of your ongoing career development in 7 step process that will sharpen your focus on the following:

* What do you really, really want to do in your career?
* Taking an inventory of your strengths & weaknesses and understanding how to leverage both.
* Assessing the available resources that will help you reach your goals.
* Gaining a deeper understanding of what is driving your ambitions.
* Developing achievable targets and strategies for moving toward the career of your dreams.

ゲーリー・ブレマーマン／Gary Bremermann
ゲーリーは、広告、マーケティング、モバイルコンテンツ、更に今後成長が期待されるグリーンテクノロジー業界を中心に、バイリンガル管理職のサーチおよびコーチングを手掛けています。 「求職者にはやりがいのある仕事を、クライアントには才能とやる気の溢れるチームを構築すること」を使命としています。来日前は、アメリカで国際貿易マネジメント会社を設立。9年間自身の会社を経営し、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアの各オフィスでの従業員マネジメントの経験を通じて、個人の成長を支援すること、企業にとっての人材マネジメントの重要性を学びました。プライベートでは「Beers for Books（ビアーズ・フォー・ブックス）」というチャリティイベントを主催し、途上国の子どもたちに幅広く教育の機会を提供する活動をしている「Room to Read（ルーム・トゥ・リード）」を支援しています。サンディエゴ生まれのサンディエゴ育ち。カリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校で環境学のBAを取得後、カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校でMPIA修了。ゲーリーは、熱意を持って向上しようとする人達に、新しい道を切り開くお手伝いをするエキスパートです。

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Gary’s career has been focused on business in Japan. After founding and exiting an international trading company with offices in LA, Tokyo, and London Gary settled in Tokyo and discovered the wonderful world of recruiting in 2001. Having worked with a coach in the 90’s, Gary became CCF certified in 2007 and added coaching to his practice to further enable him to achieve his life’s mission– to help people find work they LOVE and to help companies build effective teams of talented individuals.​

Gary also founded the organization Beers for Books (http://beersforbooks.org), an organization that helps provide books for children in underdeveloped countries through the organization Room to Read (http://roomtoread.org).
